Southbay Subdivision is a Covenant Restricted Community, What this means is that the community/subdivision will abide by a set of Covenants / Rules that will ensure that the safety, appearance, and the property values of our Homeowners will be maintained at a high level in accordance with the covenants. Your home is a big investment for you and our goal is to ensure that this neighborhood is a safe, attractive, family oriented place to live . You can help by supporting your Southbay Directors and Board members and abiding by the Covenants. If i have not met you yet I hope to have the pleasure soon. Thank you!!
